Dr. Willis was born and raised in Southwest Oklahoma and attended Cameron University and Oklahoma State University. He did his residency in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Travis Ortega has been an Audiologist since 1995. He received a Master degree in Audiology from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He is nationally certified by the American Speech and Language Hearing Association.

Glen Cottrill has been a Physician Assistant since 1998. He received his Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech, his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and his Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska. He is board Certified-American Academy of Physician Assistants and National Commission of Physician Assistants.

Denny Torres has been a Physician Assistant since 1992. He received his Bachelor of Science as a Physician Associate from the University of Oklahoma and has served in the U.S. Army as a Battalion Medical Officer for Infantry, Field Artillery, and Armor Battalions. He is Board Certified- American Academy of Physician Assistants and National Commission of Physician Assistants.
